Bella was our second adoption from Boxer Rescue Ontario. We wanted a companion for Charly and immediately contacted our friends are BRO. I recall the day that we went to meet Bella it was so funny because Charly and Bella played and played. It was clear that it was a great match.
Our drive home was almost 4 hours and they sat in the back seat together with no issues. Once we arrived home there was a new bed and toys waiting to welcome Bella. It didn’t take long for her to settle right in and steal Charly’s toys, bed and food, and he let her.
It has been almost 3 months now and they continue to play in our very large backyard and Bella is still stealing Charly’s stuff. Since she has come into our home she has not barked and this is just amazing. We hare so happy to have her in our home.
If you are thinking about getting a boxer, please look to Boxer Rescue Ontario. We have adopted from them twice and would certainly do so again. These beautiful dogs deserve great homes. When you adopt you save two dogs. The one that goes home with you and another one that can take the vacant space in the foster home.
Thanks you from the Bannon family including Charly & Bella (fawn)
