Our Friends, Soul Mates, Family, they were there when we needed them most.

You never got a chance to meet our sweet Lilly. Lilly came into our rescue in January 2016. We knew she had a host of problems, as with all of our pups we go to great lengths to give them the best possible care within our power. Lilly has been in the care of Joshua Creek Animal hospital under close observation from Dr. Z and her wonderful vet techs. Lilly had one femur shorter than the other and we knew her eyesight was not the greatest. Despite looking at her and seeing the obvious signs of her injuries, this little girl stole the hearts of everyone. Lilly had free range of the hospital and knew her way around everywhere. We say her injuries because we knew Lilly came into rescue because of trauma she sustained. We all felt Lilly was ready for the next step, which would be foster or finding her forever home. It was not to be...this little girl had more injuries that any of us realized and her little soul and body could not fight anymore.

We all at Boxer Rescue Ontario truly wish you could have met this precious soul...Lilly would have brought love and warmth into any home she went to. We know because she brought us joy and love.

Dr. Z and her wonderful team fought so hard for Lilly. We are grateful for the care and support and especially making her apart of their family as much as ours.

Sweet rest our Lilly Angel, no more hurts...We love you.
